Clear, bright aspect. Pale greenish yellow colour. Fine
and persistant bubbles. Macabeo gives some typical
cava characteristics; chardonnay contributes with personality
and parellada with finesse. The final blend is
extremely original. On the nose, it is clean with green
apples, citrus fruit, pineapple and some roasted almond
aromas derived from the ageing on the lees. On the
palate, it is delicate, crisp and the aromas are confirmed
in the lingering flavours of citrus, pineapple jam and
biscuity, nutty overtones.
